When your mission or vision of your new store that you will provide customer service legendary, and if you want to brand your store with excellence, then you have to ask constantly, and your colleagues: How can we serve our customers and anticipate their needs?
Every decision you have in your business every day, the question “Does this action address to make a difference to my customers? My clients will be affected? ”
If you understand that customer service means that all your customers happy and keep waiting, then focus priorities. Long-term customers mean profits for your business. Why? Given that customer costs less than the success or winning new customers.
Customer service doesn’t just happen overnight or by wishing it. As a store owner, you will need to ensure that seven simple rules are in place.

3. Available product.

4. Fair price that reflects value.

5. Efficient sales transactions. (Speed is a bonus.)

6. Privacy and security (payment).

7. Knowledge/Information/Content and Knowledgeable staff.
